Doesn't work very well

This is my second set of replacement heads. The replacement comes with a base that attaches to the razor. The new one didn't work at all. I "fixed" this by using the old base with the new heads. But now there is a lot of resistance. You can hear the razor slow down. It needs to be charged twice as often. I am considering ordering new heads from someone else or just getting a new razor. Damn.
