We liked them so much we ordered more! The motion sensor lighting works very well. If you open the door to a closet-like space with no light or outlet to plug in a lamp, this thing instantly turns on in a split second. The illumination is good and has a wide beam angle. Requires 3 AAA batteries for each flashlight. Time will tell how long it takes, but I'm only in the closet for 10 seconds or less, so it should be a long time. The light turns off after about 15 seconds of walking. or close the door. I didn't encounter the problem that others said it doesn't work when the low beam is on. Mine turns on with no problem even when my house is fully lit. I would also suggest putting a closet ceiling instead of a wall as it can get too bright for the eyes when looking directly at the light. cheap but good quality and works well, highly recommend, i like it, hope it's useful for your decision
