I like that it allows me to create my own templates, which makes for easier updates in future projects as well as more customised reports/dashboards etc.

It's not perfect - sometimes you have to go back into your template file and edit things manually when they don't update correctly without restarting VS or closing & reopening again (which can be annoying). Also there are some bugs with certain features of VTS i've encountered but these were fixed within 24 hours by support so no real complaints here! We use this tool at work every day for our project managers and we're able to get all relevant information out from one place very easily.
