The fan is completely satisfied, but there is one jamb: if you tilt the head of the fan down, but he himself, under the action of a spring, lifts up. Screw clamping does not help. I think either the spring is inserted incorrectly or it is too strong. Another fan, another manufacturer does not have such garbage. I'll take it apart and see what's wrong. For a new thing, this is not camille.
