I like how easy it was to set up and use. It's also very intuitive. The customer support was great! They were always willing to help me out with any questions or issues that arose. Also, the fact that they offer an affordable monthly subscription plan makes this one of the best options for small businesses. There are some features that I would have liked to see added (e.g., auto-attendance). However, it's still a good option if you're looking for a simple way to manage your queues. We've been using Qminder since mid 2018 and have had no major problems thus far. We solved our problem of managing our queues in a timely manner.
