That's what they say. At least my bag was. Came in a mesh bag and there were 48 of them exactly. 11 of mine had scrapes which I found too worn to play with (although I'm by no means an experienced golfer so it probably doesn't matter). There were about 15 that were almost perfect with some markings and the rest were in decent condition I would play with, a few minor scuffs here or there but no more, I get a new ball when I play . Lots of speed, DT Solo, NXT tours. Actually Pro V1x, but it has a nice sound. Lots of other things, but all Titleist. In general, it costs 0.52 cents for the ball you pay. Plus, as someone said, they sink like new!
