These jelly molds arrived just in time and only two 5 year olds helped to make them. It was a complete success! I used a simple recipe I found online, using 2 small packets of unflavored gelatin (I think that's the equivalent of 2 tablespoons), 1 small packet of unflavored gelatin, and 1/2 cup of water. Dropper for self-filling forms. They made this activity so happy and felt like they "made" it. Best of all, these two 5-year-olds have an older sibling who also liked the resulting texture and flavor. The seller will email you a PDF recipe of juice based gummy bears that look amazing. There's also a jelly latte recipe I'll be making for adults too! Oh, and I popped the filled ramekins on a baking sheet in the freezer for 20 minutes, then we just popped them out!
