I got this for our 5 sons for christmas 3 years ago. Besides just the fact that there are 5 boys here all summer (plus friends!) It's also been through a move down the road in a trailer while the guys held onto it! So yeah not an easy life. The biggest thing I want to mention is when I had to get new bars. this place we have moved to has a horrible and uneven rocky yard. shortly after moving it here (the end of the first summer of it's use) and placing it in the most even spot the kids noticed that the one leg bar had "ripped" where it's welded onto the side bar. I emailed the company through amazon and asked if it was still under the warranty since we weren't able to set it up till Easter (to cold till then here in Montana), they said yes and sent a new bar very quickly! Alas it was the wrong bar piece but they sent another right away and didn't make me send the other back! The next summer we moved it to another spot and dug out some for the legs to sit more even but wasn't enough as another one of the bars "ripped" in the same way. I chalked it up to the uneven ground again but it did make me wonder it that was a particular weak point.? Anyway, I emailed the Zupapa company again and asked if I could buy that part. Can you believe they sent it to me for free AGAIN? I have since dug out the legs more but the ground here is so rocky I can't get it completely even, but the legs are good this year! The customer service over email was so great, helpful, and friendly and they sent the pieces so fast! Last summer I did have to patch 2 holes in the pad but it looked like something sharp had poked/cut it not from wear. (round trampoline patches i found here on amazon and they are holding up great!) T The blue spring cover pad was shot by the end of the second summer but I've never seen one last more than that and it isn't a huge deal to us to go without it so. That being said it is holding up here at the end of the 3rd summer to the abuse of 5 plus boys that love to jump and do all kinds of crazy flips! FYI we never did put the net up since our boys are older ( 9-15) but may install next summer for the 2 year old #6 boy and his little friends! By the way I love that the net is separate from the trampoline! It was the biggest selling point for me when I was shopping for one. Reason#1 it's a huge pain to set up one that has everything attached. #2 looks horrible when the net gets old and rips but you still have to deal with those ghastly poles sticking up it the air. #3 When you have a crowd of boys it's not always a good idea to have very tall things for them to climb on.
