Good quality, looks good
We used an air compressor to fill them, the first pair had a higher pressure (about 80psi). It was very noisy but didn't damage the balloon. I lowered the PSI (maybe 30) and the gas was pretty quick and it was done in the living room while I was watching a movie. Of course we didn't use helium as we attached a ribbon for the banner. We didn't pop balloons or ship with holes. Good quality, the confetti balloons were clear and worked well.
