Got them for bad hair days but my husband advised me to wear them to sleep because my head is cold. I didn't know how it would work under my CPAP headgear but after one night I was hooked on these things! My head stayed comfortable, it wasn't too hot or cold, the straps didn't cut into my hair, my hair didn't get tangled, and as an added bonus, I was able to pull them over my eyes when the sun was shining through my window. and catch another 30 minutes of sleep! Oh, and it works great on bad hair days too. I liked it so much that my husband tried it the next night and he liked it too. I will definitely order more of these.
