I bought this controller in July and it was Great. In October, the left side stopped working, which is not uncommon if you browse the internet. I contacted Razer to inquire about the warranty. After emailing back and forth for a week, sending them 2 videos and downloading an app that showed controller input, they finally admitted that my controller was faulty. I was told someone would contact me on 24-48 for a refund. They didn't. After 4 days I contacted them again. They then told me I would receive a return label. Not me. A few days later I went back. No Answer. A few more days passed and I stretched again. This time they replied that my return period had expired and I could start the process again.
