I love love love this mat. Suffice to say before this I had a generic pink mat, something you could find at any tj maxx for 7.99, so anything would be an upgrade. That said, I love the indents and guidelines. I am 6' with a long torso and still find it hard to find space when shifting through my flow. I am always moving my hands and distracting myself from actually enjoying my practice. The guidelines help me square my body and reassure me that I am doing the flow in a healing way. I am able to relax in ways I haven't in a long time. The quality is awesome and it is slightly textured to help with sliding around during a sweaty workout. All the claims they make are true. It's also a beaut.Thanks for a great mat!
