Review on Instinctive Solutions by Russ Charmin

My Account Manager was always available by phone or e-mail when I needed support with my account management tools (eCommerce store). She never made me feel like an inconvenience as there were no issues that required her attention at any time during our relationship of over 2 years! We had several different accounts under one roof so it would have been great if she could access them from anywhere but this wasn't possible either due to security concerns!! The fact is we didn’t find anything else out about their services/ products apart from what they already provided - excellent customer service & good pricing structure too. If you're thinking "what's next", then check instictivesolutions' product offerings because everything seems very well thought through before being implemented into your system / business model etc... Nothing really comes across here unless perhaps using another platform such than Xero? Maybe not sure yet?! Checkout other reviews.
