I decided to order an elastic band to tone my hips, legs and buttocks. After seeing many fashion bands, this one seemed to me to be the best! I love my hip group Ganda Sports very much. It won't roll or fall off - the band is fabric, not rubber - but it has a non-slip interior, which is a nice touch. I used it once and felt how much more I got out of my exercises (my legs and hips burned!) It's definitely a great addition to any workout!
