Sold as a Culligan replacement complete with Culligan product image. Instead, they sent a cheap fake with zero information about the manufacturer on the box, no information on where it came from, who made it, or what was inside. This is not a Culligan product and is not a replacement other than fitting onto the faucet. Water flowed freely through them. I took one apart and inside was what looked like charcoal taped to the top of a plastic filter. The water just sloshed past him as it poured out of the filter. Insane.
