Excellent purchase. Effective and good looking
I haven't had this product that long but I can already say that I like it. After cooking the bacon in my cast iron skillet, I reuse the resulting fat to add flavor to other dishes that call for oil. This filters the oil perfectly and the spout makes it easy to reuse or dispose of. Another plus is the plate that comes with the kit to catch any overflow. Also looks good on my board. It's a little smaller than I thought it would be, but I don't mind because it's actually the perfect size.
