Review on πŸŒ€ Hamilton Beach Professional Stack & Snap Spiralizing Food Processor: Versatile 3" Round Feed Chute, 12 Cups Capacity, Stainless Steel by Keith Wolff

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Very large capacity, good accessory holder

What I like best about this food processor is that there is no shaft hole in the bowl. Using my old oster was always a messy experience. This Hamilton Beach model is so easy to use - the handle flips the bowl assembly over and locks it in place, eliminating the need to twist the flimsy plastic lids hoping they won't conveniently break (again!), and the attachments are on shown on the base of the stand mixer to illustrate its various uses. The large 14-cup jar made canning tomato sauce so easy and in a lot less time than before. I didn't bother to peel the tomatoes - just mashed them up and then cooked to a good consistency and the flavor was delicious. I used it to make a pot of soup to try out the cube attachment and it was so quick and easy. All the veggies were ready for the pan in minutes. I really can't think of anything about this stand mixer that I don't like. At first I wondered if it was too expensive, but I've been using it at least twice a week since receiving it and I don't regret this purchase. It is definitely worth the price I paid.

Pros
  • Ideal for a small home
Cons
  • Vanish
