Does not fit my vacuum cleaner listed in the description (Kenmore base with 1 1/4 " hose connection)

Is specifically advertised for all Kenmore vacuum cleaners (and similar) with 1 1/4" connections. However, this does not apply to my Kenmore Intelliclean column. The connections on the vacuum cleaner accessory hose are the same size as this accessory set. Both have the same outside diameter, so the nozzles will not fit the vacuum's accessory hose and the hose will not fit in the nozzle holes. It looks like they are a good set but useless to me. Please correct the installation instructions.
