Friends have washers of this company but the previous model and everything washes well. I decided to take a newer model and lost. First, I sprayed the product on a rag and launched it, the robot drove quite a bit up and stopped and gave an error, it turns out there is not enough vacuum to move on, the tracks slipped. On the next window, I decided to take a clean rag and sprinkle it on the glass and the situation was similar. With the next window, I had to use very little detergent and therefore did not wash and left streaks. In general, I will buy a couple more sets of rags to change them and try again.
