It's very cute and my son seems to like it. With her under his head, he sleeps a little more soundly. Also, as a first-time mom, I was dismayed when he developed a flat spot (he sleeps on his side like his mom), so I was relieved to discover that there are pillows designed to prevent and alleviate this problem. . I'll admit I was hesitant, thinking a pillow wouldn't help that much, but it made a significant difference and his flat spot got a lot better. Definitely recommended, even if your child doesn't have flat feet.
