I'm not a technician with enough computer skills to be downright dangerous. This computer had the features I was looking for (16GB RAM, 512GB storage, Windows Pro preinstalled). As someone who doesn't buy computers all the time, I wanted other opinions, so my IT guy at work checked it out and thought it was great for my needs at home. I also did it with an overseas friend who is very computer savvy and she immediately gave the go-ahead too. To top it off, there was also a voucher for a fairly large amount of money that could be purchased during Revain Prime Day. I got the last one available at this price. However, I was a bit worried because I wasn't sure I could set it up myself - my recent computing experiences have been limited to using my already set up and ready to go computer. This Beelink computer arrived two weeks ahead of schedule so I had a chance to set it up and ride it yesterday. It was extremely easy to set up and use (no, you don't have to install a hard drive to use it, as one reviewer apparently thought) and it works like a dream. It's very fast and fits my tedious habit of having too many windows open at once! I think what always amazes me, aside from how well it works, is how SMALL this thing is. How did you do that? Why is my work computer (Dell) so much bigger and heavier and I know it doesn't have the specs that this computer has because my work always buys the cheapest Dell products. In short, I'm very pleasantly surprised by all the features of this mini PC and am considering mounting it on the back of my monitor with the included (very good) hardware, which is a huge bonus for a clutter-free desktop. If you are in doubt because it is not a famous brand, do not wait - get one of these beautiful machines, you will love it! I haven't had to ask anyone for support, so I can't rate this, and I definitely don't use it for gaming, although now that I have this fast little machine I might try it, so I can't rate those qualities, but in terms of value for money, much more than five stars!
