I suffered from terrible plantar fasciitis for several months and tried everything including wearing orthopedic shoes for 6 weeks. Nothing helped so I tried these shoes. These are the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn. Super hard and the bow didn't hit the right spot. I lasted about 35 minutes before I couldn't take the pain anymore. I'll tell you what really helps - SM Sox compression sleeves and Walgreens gel heel cups. These two things make almost any shoe bearable and together they don't cost you around $95.
