Review on Magpi by Marcus Zimmerly

I like that it is very simple to use, and the customer service is great. There are a few things I would like to see changed. For example, sometimes when you click on a button it doesn't work. I also don't like how it takes so long for them to respond to your help tickets. However, I am glad that they have excellent customer service. It has helped us streamline our workflow. We were able to make changes quickly and easily without having to go through multiple people. We are using Magpi for data collection during our construction site visits. The user interface is very intuitive and easy to use. The data is collected in real time, and it is easy to export the data to Excel for further analysis. The reporting options are also very user-friendly. I find no downsides to this product. We have been using Magpi for data collection, and our experience has been very positive. We are using it during our site visits for collecting data.
