Unfortunately, this product has been changed to be made in China instead of the USA, resulting in a reduced quality. Now it's in a plain white can, and the sponge itself is just a piece of plastic with large pores. It removes some powder from the brush but it's not enough for me and it's definitely small enough to toss in a bag but it's so small it's hard to use on all but the smallest brushes. I just didn't find it effective enough for the price and I think they should have updated the picture and description to reflect what you're really getting with it.
