Review on 1 TB USB 3.0 Portable External 💾 Hard Drive by LaCie Porsche Design P'9220 (302000) by Patrick Mccall

After having bad luck with Seagate Backup Plus Slim 1TB (see my review), I bought this hard drive to back up two computers running Windows 10. The program was not installed from the hard drive, so i called tech support. I was redirected to several websites including one that I couldn't access with Firefox because it gave me a security warning (probably "invalid certificate"). So I had to go to this page through Opera, which allows you to bypass this warning. After backing up my laptop, I tried to transfer the data to my desktop but it didn't work. I called tech support, they told me I need to reinstall the program, which is ridiculous! So I recycled the disc at Best Buy. Note that Seagate bought LaCie around 2014. If I had known that, I would never have bought LaCie.
