I bought this because I just couldn't afford $300 for a good KitchenAid. I was a fool So the machine is made of hard PLASTIC. It vibrated heavily when you put dough in it, which scared my daughter. The pull is great but moves like it's pinned down while the tornado blows. I wash my blending tools and the silver paint FOLLOWS! I can't use that idea of chemicals added to my bread! It has a nob, so it's easy to use, but that's about it. The rest is just bad quality. I'm buying KitchenAid - I made a mistake - don't do the same. I give this mix 3-4 more mixes before the arm breaks.
