This is a great baking pan! It durable and sturdy. It is heavier than standard pans in this size but it isn’t very heavy. The sides are well sized for handling the pan with oven mitts on. Most importantly, nothing sticks to this pan ever. So far I have used it to bake brownies, peanut butter and oats bars, and various granola bars and everything slides right off. Thanks to that quality washing it is a breeze. According to the packaging this pan is dishwasher safe but hand washing with mild liquid dish soap is the preferred method. I always wash my quality bakeware by hand, so that’s what I’m doing with this pan too. I highly recommend this pan for all baking recipes that call for 8”x8” baking pan.
