I love this thing. It's hard to find a good surgical steel belly ring that doesn't dangle and expose the stem. The only thing I can add is that both balls are unscrewable, which can easily lead to the loss of the entire ring. To avoid this, apply a very small bead of glue to the side you are not unscrewing and allow it to dry completely before bringing it into contact with your skin.
