Great Customer Service & Good Program Management

I’ve been working with Parachute for the past 2 years on a very large, state-wide automotive recycling program. This has worked well for our needs. The customer service has been great, responding quickly to all emails and requests. If you’re looking for a turnkey solution, this is your place! Their program has been up and running well for us. The biggest problems we run into are people who want to make us do things that aren’t necessary (bulk material processing for example). I have no complaint whatsoever. At this point we will not have any requirements to switch to a new program in the foreseeable future. Everything we have asked them to do has been taken care right. Working at the state level we get some things wrong that might not be important at lower levels. But they are quick to respond and work with you when you point it out that you think you don’t understand. We have had no problems at all running this system with their help. I like that Parachute has all of our recycling needs covered. It's very easy to use, it's simple to understand how things work with this program. There are not many downsides to using this system. The customer service team is great! They always respond quickly when we have questions or if there is an issue. We do not need anything from them right now. This makes me happy because they take care of us so well.
