I was very excited about this product as I had a VIVO single lever and it was great. I used 3 monitors (Alienware 25 inch AW2518HF). The hand was easy to assemble, the material is also of good quality. The instructions are pretty simple. Everything was fine except that no matter how you adjust them, the monitor in the center is always higher (about 1 inch) than the left and right arms. This is a big disappointment as I need them to play (Nvidia Surround) at the same level. I will return it and order another one. You can adjust the monitor's "height" in the middle, but even when it's at its lowest height, it's always about an inch taller than the rest. The left and right monitors aren't height-adjustable. Keep that in mind if you plan on getting them. Another downside is that the monitor position takes up about 7 inches of your desk width, so the screen is very close on a small desk. I would suggest having a table of at least 30 watts or more.
