This is a basic whitening kit. Be sure to return to this product page for the correct instructions as the ones in the box are of minimal help. Missy, the main thing is that there is no indication on the packaging where to use which volume (see instructions in the pictures). Doesn't cause sensitivity and shows and also keeps the characteristic white stripes, hence it deserves 3 stars. But I feel like it's nothing special and the lack of clear instructions almost made me waste the package.
