I should have bought this a long time ago but wasn't sure if they could deliver or not. My laptop has a 4k screen and I have another Dell 4k 60hz 27" screen, 3 hard drives, a Wacom tablet mouse and I connect a camera to upload images to the hard drive. I used to have all the outlets on mine Laptop busy and i unplugged things to connect another device as a laptop never lacks usb-x no more model that has 4 instead of 6 usb 3 and 2 usb 2 so i opted for as many usb 3 as possible.I was about to return it as the 2nd Dell 60hz screen went black when playing YouTube 4k or Netflix.But I connected a 1.2 displayport instead of HDMI and voila!, no problems at all hence I recommend choosing carefully the cable you use with this device. I don't play video games, if you do maybe get DisplayPort 1.4?, just in case? I hope this review helps you out right choice to make fen. Have a nice day.
