This is a beautiful bag and functional it gives me almost everything I'm looking for. I've received several compliments on it. However, I found that (a) the shoulder strap is particularly long even in the shortest size, (b) it could use a few extra pockets inside for power cords and other accessories, and (c) most importantly - paint all my pants The khakis were in the blood and I emailed the manufacturer with no response. I may need to contact Revain if the dye transfer continues. If the manufacturer reads this, please contact me. NOTE: There are ongoing issues with the bag and the manufacturer has not contacted me. Also, the edges are frayed and now the bag looks like the stitching has come undone. Rating change to 2.
