This is 12" x 12". They are gray with a slightly jagged edge. They are incredibly soft. They are unusual when "filled" with water as they feel softly filled! They absorb well; they hold water "within them”. When I wash my face with a regular washcloth, water flies all over the place and I have raccoon eyes from the leftover mascara. Washing with these wipes will literally wash away all makeup! My face feels so soft even before I put on any moisturizer. I've washed and dried them with no noticeable shrinkage (don't know why the wrinkle removal info is needed). Great purchase and I have shared six out of twelve with my daughter. Would definitely buy again.
