I glued a voltmeter on it - constantly stable voltage. To the right of the screw terminals is a potentiometer that allows you to adjust the voltage from 12.7 to 15.5 volts in 0.1 increments, but by turning the potentiometer slightly. Ampere was not measured. However, it doesn't get very hot with a six amp load that I've left on for a couple of hours.
