Thumbs up for the product, thumbs down for the dispenser

I've been using this product (Acure Argan + Oat Stem Cell Dry Shampoo) for a few years now since my local co-op started carrying it . I have fine, wavy, light brown hair. I have many allergies and chemical sensitivities. With chronic fatigue, I'm usually too tired to blow my hair more than once a week. Enter this dry shampoo. I apply the powder in my palm, do a little back and forth motion, smack my palms/fingers together, then dab it up at the roots. It goes well together. Gives a slightly matte finish. Definitely absorbs oils. My hair doesn't look dirty. It doesn't look particularly great either, but it looks professional enough. Be careful because Acure seems to have several variations of this dry shampoo. The version called "Dry Shampoo, Shampoo Sek" does NOT mix. It's really grainy. :-/ Can't remember where I bought it so I stuck with it. If anyone from the company is reading this, 2 requests: - Stick with a dispenser that resembles a baby powder dispenser - Stick with the Argan Stem Cell + Oat Beef Dry Shampoo version/recipe (and the reason I put a star) is that dispenser . The first dispenser looked like the lid of a spice jar. Sometimes the powder came out too quickly, but at least it came out. And he didn't fart in the air. The second dispenser needs to be squeezed for the powder if you can get it. When you finally do, you end up taking in more than you want and exhaling half of it.

Pros
  • Feels good
Cons
  • Not the best
