Spare razor The blades on my Norelco rotary razor are sharp and cut cleanly. But not on the first try. It turns out that the round metal discs (which touch the skin, not the sharp blades themselves) are too deep. So when I installed three new knives and discs in each position, the internal spring pressure was too low. So the razor didn't cut at all. A very rough, painful shave, and the mustache length was still visible. When I used my original factory discs and just replaced the blade, it cut great. I threw away the old blades and the new discs. The razor cuts great again.
