I want to give it 3 stars but I like it too. I've seen intermediate gains and moderate growth with this shampoo and conditioner. This will make your hair a bit dry and brittle if you use it too much. I only use it once or twice a week and then refresh with aveeno shampoo and conditioner. This helps retain softness and moisture. This Avalon shampoo and conditioner really works. Again, I don't recommend using it every day. If you let your hair grow while using it, it really works. Much luck!
