I like how easy it is customize your process from start-to finish with this software! It has helped us be able reduce our time of hiring by over 50%.

This program helps you identify qualified candidates that are willing & ready right away when they apply which saves both parties (employer/candidate) alot o wait around!! The only con we have found so far about kwanttek its not available via mobile app or website because sometimes i am out at work doing my job but still want access online if needed while using phone as well -.- thats why im giving 4 stars instead 3 :). We've been very happy thusfar since implementing KWANTTK into all three locations where ever possible within each location there will always remain an option between human resources vs computerized interview screening etc..
