The ability to have the chat with multiple participants in a single conversation. I think the interface is a bit complicated with lots of options and features. It is best suited for small companies. If you have a small team and want to have multiple chat at the same time with multiple participants then it is great. It can be used without any additional software. We are able to have multiple chat at the same time. I love how easy it is to get set up with Kezmo. The customer support is amazing and always willing to help. There are some minor bugs that I hope get fixed soon. I like that it's customizable and can be used in so many ways. I can use it for our team, our customers, and our vendors. It's helped us connect with them and keep in touch.
