This product was purchased on the recommendation of my golf instructor. I've been playing golf for 30 years with a handicap of about 11. I tend to be a bit right handed so I was usually to the left of my target. It really showed me that you don't have to break your wrists on impact like a lot of people have taught me. It takes a little getting used to at the shooting range. Be sure to do as the video shows, hit 20 with it, 20 without it. I keep it in my bag so I can put it on for a while at the range or at the track to get a feel for it.
