I love how easy it makes for church members who are not tech-savvy or computer savvy! The software is user friendly even if you don't have an extensive degree in computers. It's very helpful when using this program as your membership list manager because of all its features. Sometimes there could be some minor glitches but they usually get fixed quickly. We've been able to keep track of our congregation better than ever before through connecting member. There was nothing that we disliked about this product so far. This has helped us reach out to everyone within our community which was difficult without having someone constantly updating everything via email.
