My son is 3 years old, average height for his age. He weighs 32.5 pounds and wears 3T clothing. I ordered a size 4 for this as I thought size 2 might be too small and I wanted it to last a while. At the moment the vest is a bit long for him but looks like it will fit perfectly next year when he is four years old so I think it is very true to size. I really like that this isn't your typical puff vest, it's nice and warm. With a slimmer cut and freer hands, it allows freedom of movement while keeping the core warm and cozy. Luxurious soft lining. There are two front pockets lined with soft fleece that are perfect for keeping your hands warm. The vest is very well made from high-quality materials, with smooth-running zippers and perfect seams. This vest is definitely worth a look and gets a thumbs up from me!
