I have back pain regularly and exercise often helps with the pain. but I can't just stop working to keep moving. I've tried various ways of using my computer on a treadmill before, including a surfboard style mount and a homemade table I built with metal legs, etc. I liked the simplicity and ease of installation/removal of this option. For the most part I can't say anything bad about it. The installation guide was a bit difficult to read (pictures could be better), but it wasn't rocket science either. It took about 5-10 minutes to assemble and install and wasn't hard to figure out which was which. a little worried, but it's good. I like that it is height adjustable. I'm 6'8" and most things aren't made for me. It raises the computer to a comfortable level for browsing and typing! The only thing I noticed that I wish it were different is the somewhat limited tilt adjustment of the laptop. Sometimes I like to put my tablet there while reading and it's not a good angle. It adjusts to a degree, but not quite enough.
