I got to try a dozen of the new ultra premium golf balls called the Impulse Tour. I play golf several times a week and decided to share these balls with my group. Everyone was ready to try these balls. We marked our balls and then took the first shot. Living in Texas in the middle of summer, the best time to play is early in the morning. After the first few tee shots I heard some good things and we were ready for a good start. Our golf course is a challenge of trees, sand and water, especially on hole 4, over a green stream surrounded by limestone cliffs. We both went to the lawn and crossed, great points on this Impulse Tour golf ball. I have found this golf ball to hit farther than I normally hit. As stated on the box, it's designed for maximum performance and control, and I found it true. I had my longest ride on a par 5, which surprised me as the Texan summer sun slipped into the 90's. I know when it's time to stop playing and I never push myself just to play, but I give credit to this new Ultra Premium Impulse Tour golf ball. If you are an older golfer, try these golf balls. One of my playing partners is 95 and I am 94 and we love our golf but are now looking forward to fall and cooler weather so we can play a full round of golf.
