Honest review here.So. I had high hopes for this laser and I can honestly say that at $119 it is really powerful when I received it. It's not strong enough to burn you, but it does what it's supposed to do! DEFINITELY HELP! ADVANTAGES: Professional and excellent IPL hair removal with Hoem. Works great so far. I have fine or thick dark black hair on my chin, under my arms, and on my legs. It has a strong effect in terms of bite at high power, but hopefully it works. Uses IPL and removes hair at home 999900 home flashes, more than enough 5 levels of intensity. I use level 5. Feels like a thick rubber band slapping the skin but not bad. A little after burning Plugs inWorks Great CONS: After you use it and it overheats, it takes a long time to cool down. which can be annoying but probably necessary. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
