The cartridges were very high quality and the instructions for installing the chips were very good. However, the installation of the chip was still quite difficult. I found the tweezers to be too sharp and a bit narrow. I found it very difficult to get my fat fingers to support the "back side" of the chip while trying to insert the chip into the "holder". Luckily I found a small plastic tool commonly used to open plastic cases that use internal tabs instead of screws to hold them together. After I placed the chip in the holder, I used the curved part of the tool to hold the chip horizontal to the holder and the straight edge part to slide the chip into the holder. After installing the 4th cartridge, I almost learned to cope with the task. Conclusion: If the tweezers were blunter and had a "rubberized" surface, installation would probably be very easy. But all is well that ends well and I would do it again!
