I bought this a few months ago to replace an OXO silicone spatula that I really liked. I waited to give time for a more detailed review. As much as I love the OXO putty knife, over time it cracked and splintered at the corners, exposing the metal underneath. After careful research, I decided to give the Chef series a try, especially because of their lifetime warranty. I was a bit disappointed when I received it as it's narrower than the OXO, but I'm happy to report that after a few months of use I prefer the narrower shape - it's easier to twist, turn and manoeuvre . in any size pot. The edges are thin, flexible, easy to slide under food, heat-resistant up to 600 degrees. It has a soft, heat-resistant feel and is very easy to clean. I'm left handed and had no problems with it. I highly recommend it - it works great and I hope I can count on their lifetime guarantee if anything goes wrong.
