Great design even without a peeler
This is the fourth corer/slicer/slicer I've tried and I've finally found a winner. It's perfectly stable when I hold it with one hand and turn the crank with the other. No suction cup or clamp required. The knife part didn't seem to work that well, so luckily there was a way to disable it. This probably cuts the time it takes to cook apples for my pie shop in half. I'm buying a second one today to have extra help I can have on hand. Great design!
