The product's magnet is not strong enough to keep the lid closed. It opens all the time and robs the sleep/wake battery saver. The way the case holds the iPad also affects the screen protector. The case presses against the screen protector, causing it to detach from the iPad and rendering the screen protector unusable. I contacted the company and they offered to send a new case as the old one was defective. They asked for my order number. I have sent it to them 4 times and now all emails come back to me with no response. Do not buy this case or anything else from ztotopcase. TODAY I RECEIVED A REPLACEMENT OF A DEFECTIVE COVER. AND ITS FAIL TOO. NOT THE WAY THE COMPANY CARE. THEY IGNORE MY LETTERS FOR WEEKS. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
